If products are reported damaged or destroyed upon receipt, a dispute must be filed by the purchaser, including any information pertaining to the damages sustained by products, date of receipt of products, and which items were compromised. It is up to the purchaser to submit this dispute within seven (7) days following receipt of the goods in order for possible compensation or reimbursement.
The seller of the products may accept or reject the dispute based on evidence provided and submission of relevant information. Any disputes must be submitted directly to support@anamcraft.com and a member of the Admin team will oversee the dispute.
